Teacher Killed, Pupils Abducted as Gunmen Attack School in Oyo

The Oyo State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) has confirmed the killing of a teacher and the abduction of several pupils following an attack by suspected gunmen on a school in the state.

The incident, which has thrown the affected community into fear and confusion, reportedly occurred when armed assailants stormed the school premises during school hours. Witnesses said the attackers arrived suddenly, shooting sporadically and forcing pupils and teachers to flee for safety.
