It has become necessary to address the growing concerns and questions from members of the public, particularly those wondering why the Honourable Commissioner of Finance and Economic Development of Gombe State, Muhammad Gambo Magaji, has not resigned his position.

Let it be categorically stated that Muhammad Gambo Magaji has never declared any intention to contest for any political office. Furthermore, no individual within his close circle has made such a declaration on his behalf. The calls suggesting his candidacy are purely the opinions and aspirations of well-wishers like myself, who, out of admiration for his character and competence, believe he possesses the qualities needed for higher leadership responsibilities.

These endorsements should not be misconstrued as a formal political ambition. Rather, they reflect the confidence and trust that many of us have in his ability, integrity, and leadership potential. As a supporter, I count myself among those who see in him the kind of personality capable of contributing even more significantly to society, should he choose to do so.

In his current role, Muhammad Gambo Magaji remains a loyal and dedicated public servant. He continues to demonstrate unwavering commitment to his duties, working tirelessly for the well-being and economic development of Gombe State. His service is firmly aligned with the vision of His Excellency, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, under whose administration he has shown remarkable loyalty, discipline, and selflessness.

Known for his honesty, financial discipline, and deep sense of responsibility, Muhammad Gambo Magaji has earned a reputation as a trustworthy and dependable leader. His fear of God, integrity, and transparency in public service distinguish him as a figure worthy of respect and confidence. Beyond his professional capacity, he is widely recognized as a humble and approachable individual who treats people with respect, especially elders and traditional rulers across the state.

Supporters like myself will continue to stand by him, offering encouragement and support in all his endeavors—particularly his philanthropic efforts, many of which he carries out quietly without seeking public attention. Our loyalty to him is not conditional on any political position but rooted in our belief in his values, principles, and outstanding character.

The narrative should be clear: Muhammad Magaji remains focused on his current responsibilities for the success and development of Gombe State, while the future ultimately rests in the hands of God.
