Gombe-Born Business Mogul, Philanthropist Engr. Aliyu Mohammed Kombat Disburses ₦100 Million Sallah Support Package
GOMBE — In a remarkable gesture of generosity and community support ahead of the forthcoming Eid-el-Kabir celebrations, Gombe-born business mogul and philanthropist, Aliyu Mohammed Kombat, has announced the disbursement of One Hundred Million Naira (₦100,000,000) to support residents across Gombe State.
The initiative, according to Engr. Kombat, is aimed at easing the financial burden on families and spreading joy during the sacred Islamic season of sacrifice, reflection, and thanksgiving.
Speaking on the intervention, the philanthropist stated that the support package would benefit various groups and individuals across the state, including members of his social media family, Islamic clerics, community stakeholders, party loyalists, youth and women groups, as well as other deserving citizens.
Out of the total amount, approximately Twenty-Three Million Naira (₦23,000,000) has been specifically allocated to members of his social media community in appreciation of their loyalty, dedication, and unwavering support. Each beneficiary within the group is expected to receive One Hundred Thousand Naira (₦100,000).
Engr. Kombat emphasized that his commitment has always centered on the welfare and well-being of the people, especially during significant religious and social occasions.
“Compassion is about standing with the people at all times and contributing positively to the unity, growth, and development of our dear state,” he said.
He further prayed for Almighty Allah to accept the acts of worship of Muslims during the Eid-el-Kabir season and to grant peace, prosperity, and unity to Gombe State and Nigeria as a whole.
