The Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Disu, has ordered the immediate dismissal and prosecution of Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Nuhu Usman and other officers implicated in the alleged killing of 28-year-old Mene Ogidi in Effurun, Delta State.
