Bola Ahmed Tinubu Meets Defence, Security Chiefs in Abuja

Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Friday held a high-level security meeting with the Minister of Defence, service chiefs, and heads of intelligence agencies at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.

The closed-door meeting focused on reviewing the current security situation across the country and strengthening strategies to tackle terrorism, banditry, and other security challenges.

Top military and intelligence officials present at the meeting briefed the President on ongoing operations and recent developments in various parts of Nigeria. The discussions also centred on enhancing coordination among security agencies to improve national safety.

According to the Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, the meeting forms part of the administration’s continuous efforts to ensure peace and stability across the country.
